Hey there 👋, Mercy here. I'm going to write a short understandable way of producing 2d smooth animations. The first step is using a good Ai tool. i use Sogni. Sogni has lots of good image models. my favorite is the Qwen image model. Also there's seedance where you can create storyboards. Simple steps:

Install Sogni web version in app.sogni.ai
create your image using any image model. remember to include your style (2d)(my personal 2d anime style is sophisticated red and black color palette)
Generate good prompt with Chat.sogni.ai or gemini
Use LTX V2.3 Image to video to generate your video.
