A community task and a targeted campaign can need very different entry requirements. As a job creator, you need the flexibility to decide who can take part. As a Wurker, you need to understand what makes you eligible.

FairScale is now integrated into WURK, bringing wallet and social reputation into that decision. Creators can use FairScale scores as entry requirements for supported jobs, and Wurkers can see their scores directly on their profile.

Here is what changes, how it works, and where to get started.

## What Is FairScale?

FairScale assesses reputation using onchain wallet activity and social signals. It gives applications more context about an account than a wallet address or balance alone.

WURK shows three FairScale scores, each on a **0–100 scale**:

- **FairScore**, shown as **FairScale score** in WURK: the overall reputation score, combining wallet reputation with social signals when available.
- **Wallet score**: the onchain side of reputation, reflecting wallet activity and history.
- **Social score**: FairScale's assessment of your linked X account and its social activity.

FairScale calculates these scores, and creators choose which one to use for a job.

## Why Use Reputation in a Microjob Marketplace?

WURK connects creators with people completing tasks such as research, feedback, content, testing, and community activities. Different tasks call for different requirements.

A creator running a broad community campaign may welcome participants without a FairScale requirement. Another creator may want to set a Social score threshold for an X task or use Wallet score for a job where onchain reputation is relevant.

The choice belongs to the creator. FairScale adds a specific, visible eligibility condition that participants can check before taking part. A score provides context; it does not guarantee the quality of a submission.

## How Creators Can Use FairScale

FairScale requirements are available for **every job type on the platform**.

To add a requirement:

1. Open [Create a Job](https://wurk.fun/create) and choose a supported job type.
2. Select the FairScale requirement and choose **FairScale score**, **Wallet score**, or **Social score**.
3. Set the threshold for the selected score.
4. Review the requirement alongside the job's other conditions before creating the job.

For example, a creator can choose:

> **FairScale score > 50**

A Wurker's score must be **higher than 50** to satisfy that condition. A score of exactly 50 does not qualify. If the requirement uses Social score, that is the score that counts; a higher Wallet score does not satisfy it.

The other job requirements still apply. Creators can also leave FairScale out when a reputation threshold does not suit the task.

## What This Means for Wurkers

Your wallet and social reputation can now play a role in which jobs you qualify for on WURK.

To check your scores, open [your profile](https://wurk.fun/profile) and find **FairScale score**. Expand it to see your **Wallet score** and **Social score**. A dash means a score is not available yet; it is different from a score of zero.

When browsing jobs, check which score the creator has selected and the threshold you need to exceed. WURK uses the saved score before display rounding to check eligibility.

Your FairScale scores are separate from your WURK rank and other platform metrics. They bring your wallet and social reputation into the marketplace as an additional signal for participation.

## Put Reputation to Work

WURK provides the marketplace. FairScale adds reputation signals that creators can use to shape participation.

As more people and tasks join WURK, that flexibility matters: creators can choose requirements that suit the work, and Wurkers can see how their reputation fits those requirements.
