I spent years creating content on Web2 platforms, but the results were always the same, ow earnings, no control, and constant risk.
One day, everything can be fine, and the next, your reach drops or your account is restricted with no clear reason.
That’s when I started exploring web3, socialfi, and crypto.
Web3 changed how I see content creation. Instead of depending on platforms, I now focus on ownership. With crypto tools and socialfi platforms, I can connect directly with my audience and earn without middlemen taking most of the value.
I still use Web2 for traffic, but Web3 is where I build real value.
One project I found useful is https://portrait.so/web3insurance.
It provides protection for creators in the Web3 space, helping secure digital assets and identity—something that’s becoming increasingly important as more creators move into crypto.
Web2 gave me exposure.
Web3 gives me control.
That’s why I’m making the shift.
